Women of Flexo, a branch of the FTA, will host a new webinar on September 17, 2025, at 12:30 pm EST. The event is highlighting leadership and growth, with the title, “My Journey to Leadership at Tower Products.”

The Women of Flexo webinar will feature Rachel McGrath, CEO, Tower Products, highlighting her leadership and growth.

McGrath will explore her journey to leadership and the lessons she’s learned about leadership, confidence, and resilience along the way. She’ll also focus on how to create opportunities for others, navigate challenges with both professionalism and empathy while remaining true to core values.

“As women in the flexo industry, we possess unique strengths and perspectives that we can all use to help support one another in growing,” says McGrath. “At the end of the webinar, we’ll have time to share experiences and insights together.”
